What the work covers.
Concrete, sound block paving and suitable stone. Resin, tarmac and sealed surfaces need their own assessment.
- Check the surface, loose blocks, existing coatings and drainage.
- Agree access, parking, water supply and protection for adjoining areas.
- Remove loose debris and clean using a method suited to the paving.
- Rinse edges and splash marks; collect displaced debris.
- Allow for a separate dry-weather re-sanding visit where the paving needs it.

Will you re-sand the driveway?
For suitable sand-jointed block paving, we can include re-sanding in the written quote. The paving and joints must be dry. Permeable paving needs the correct jointing aggregate, not ordinary kiln-dried sand.
Can I park on it afterwards?
We agree access before cleaning. If joints need refilling or a separately agreed treatment needs to cure, parking may have to wait. We give you a practical handover for your particular surface.
