What you send us

The enquiry form collects your name, postcode, email, optional telephone number, selected services, optional dimensions, message and optional photo link. We use these to respond, assess the proposed work and arrange a quote or booking. Please only send information needed for the enquiry.

How the form is processed

The form sends your details to Formspree, our form-processing provider, and onward through the configured account. Formspree may process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. Its processing locations, safeguards and terms are explained in Formspree’s privacy notice. Gmail is used for the contact mailbox. WhatsApp and email links open their respective services; information shared there is handled under those services’ terms as well.

Checking your postcode

The area checker compares a UK postcode district with our enquiry areas in your browser. It does not send a lookup request to an external postcode service or verify that an exact address exists. If you follow its enquiry link, the postcode or district appears in the contact-page URL to help fill in your enquiry. A submitted postcode is then handled with the form details above.

Why we use it and how long we keep it

We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement, handle the work if you book, and keep necessary business records. Unsuccessful enquiries should be removed when no longer needed; booking and financial records are retained where required for business or legal purposes. Cookies and your device

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not store your enquiry in your browser. The hosting provider may keep standard security and request logs. Opening WhatsApp or submitting the form involves the external services named above.

Your choices

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your information and raise any concern using the contact details above. Your available rights depend on the circumstances. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing.
